    The tech-neck workshop will guide you through a range of simple but effectivetechniques to strengthen, correct and relieve muscles and tendons affected by staring at screens.

  • ADHD Yoga

    Living with ADHD led me to develop a deeply personal yoga and wellbeing practice that helps me support and understand my own busy mind.

    As a full time teacher of Dance and Drama for 15 years, I utilised these techniques in my classes and saw the profoundly positive difference in the anxiety level and focus of my students.

    Inspired by this journey, I created ADHD Yoga—a unique blend of sound frequencies, variable poses, and integrated practices designed to bring focus and self-connection to everyone.

  • Breath work and Mindfulness Workshop

    A journey through the different yogic breath-work techniques (pranayama). These can be used to calm the mind or energise the body.

    This is followed by a simple but effective meditative sequence to calm the body and mind.
